Shipping Policy

Processing time is

a. from 1 to 3 business day for all earrings in stock

b. from 7 to 10 business days for all earrings exclusively made for you

c. subscription products are sent the third week of each month

Shipping time will depend on your selected carrier. Please keep your carrier delivery time plus our processing time in mind when placing your orders.

Once your earrings are in the “hands” of your selected carrier, tracking numbers are sent to you by email. Please contact your selected carrier before contacting us, this way we can be more effective in resolving any delivery issues. Remember our compromise is to keep communication with you each step of the way.
